We are proud to share that Arab News has interviewed our students and faculty to highlight our school’s sustainability initiative, which has been selected as a finalist for the prestigious Zayed Sustainability Prize.
The interview features our project, “From Roots to Resilience: Afforestation, Smart Farming and Youth Empowerment,” through which students will be restoring 20 acres of land, planting 10,000 trees, and applying solar-powered smart irrigation technologies. Students also explained how soil-moisture sensors and drip irrigation has been used to promote sustainable farming practices at Qadir Nagar.
This international media coverage recognizes the commitment and leadership of our students and educators in advancing environmental sustainability and community resilience.

The Qadir Nagar Summer Camp 2025, held in July, was a joyful celebration of learning, creativity, and community spirit. The camp was made possible through the vision, guidance, and support of dedicated members of the organizing team, whose efforts brought the event to life.
The Summer Camp offered children a delightful blend of creativity, learning, and outdoor exploration. Highlights included a nature walk, flower making, pebble painting, wish tree, stitching, paper mâché lanterns, origami, tie and dye, and hydrilla planting in the goldfish pond, along with a range of art, craft, and outdoor activities. An inspiring session on the local heritage and history further enriched the experience.
A team of passionate educators and volunteers led the camp with enthusiasm and care, conducting engaging sessions on art, craft, science, and language learning. Specialized workshops on origami, creative stitching, and environmental awareness encouraged students to explore their talents and connect with nature. Academic activities and games were also integrated to promote a balanced and joyful learning experience for all participants.
We’re proud to share that our students participated in the Breakthrough Junior Challenge — a global science video competition that celebrates creativity, curiosity, and communication! Guided by Mrs. Masuda Imran Ahmad and Ms. Mahmuda Adil, our young scientists explored fascinating scientific ideas and presented them through captivating short videos.
